The prices include taxes, cleaning, Wifi and use of the facilities. The houses are self-catering, so no meals are included.

The minimum duration of a booking is 5 nights for the casas and 7 nights for the villa.

Within a week after making a reservation we require payment of 30% of the total amount. Two weeks before arrival we require the remaining 70%. Payments are not refundable, but you can always change your booking to another available period.

For each booking we charge an additional safety deposit of 100 Euros at check-in (200 Euros for Vila Leonardo), that is refundable at check-out.
